The UITP Australia & New Zealand Bus Electrification Forum brought together transport leaders from Australia, New Zealand, Europe and across the Asia-Pacific region to explore the future of bus electrification.

Keolis Northern Beaches General Manager Sune Nielsen presented 'Powering the Transition', sharing insights from Brookvale depot's transition to zero-emission operations, including the role of smart depot infrastructure and zero-emission fleet scaling.

The conversation continued beyond the conference room, with delegates travelling by electric bus to Brookvale for a technical tour of the depot. For many attendees, it was an opportunity to see firsthand how advanced charging infrastructure and integrated control systems come together to support zero-emission bus services, including Australia's first pantograph-down fast charging infrastructure.

Proud moments at Brookvale Depot as we came together to celebrate the 50th anniversary of NAIDOC. We gathered to honour the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. A heartfelt welcome to country speech by Auntie Joan followed by our very own Scotty who played the Yiraki with wonderful talent. We then commenced with the smoking ceremony and some tasty varieties of traditional Cob.
Thank you to our Elders and guests for sharing stories and wisdom, and to all of our team, showing up with heart. ❤️🖤💛

We were delighted to host Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea across our Brookvale, Mona Vale, and Northern Sydney depots! ☕🍰
A huge thank you to our incredible team for their generosity, enthusiasm, and delicious contributions, from sweet treats to savoury favourites, it was a fantastic morning shared across all locations.
We’re especially proud that all donations were matched, making an even greater impact for such an important cause.

🎉 What a milestone!

To mark the occasion, our Brookvale team came together for a BBQ, a great day filled with smiles, good conversation, and a real sense of pride in how far we’ve come on our journey toward cleaner, more sustainable transport.

💜💛💜Keolis Electric bus tour continues..

We had another wonderful day engaging with our local community! On Friday we visited RSL Anzac Village at Narrabeen. We took our brand-new electric bus and discussed all things community, safety and a sustainable future on the Northern Beaches.

The residents were thrilled at the opportunity to board a brand
new bus -just for them for the hour, to board, familiarise and discuss any questions that came to mind.

Of course they could not wait to try out our unique Bus Safety Bingo game afterwards!!

Thank you to all the lovely residents who welcomed us with open arms.
The feedback was wonderful to hear and your bright smiles made our day 😀
