A special kind of day out in the Kimberley ๐
We recently had the privilege of taking Owen Douglas, grandson of Malcolm Douglas, out to the Edgar Ranges on a scenic helicopter flight; a place Malcolm spent a lot of time exploring during his work with bilbies and conservation in the Kimberley.
Hearing the stories, seeing the landscape through his eyes, and watching him experience this country for the first time made the trip incredibly meaningful for all of us.
The Edgar Ranges are one of the most remote and untouched parts of the Kimberley, and after a good wet season the waterfalls out there are something truly special.
Owen has put together this beautiful short video from the day, and its definitely worth a watch ๐
Owen Douglas is certainly more comfortable exploring on land or eve...
