Shed Share Brisbane Shed Share Brisbane is a warehouse set up to accommodate small start up businesses, trades or hobbies in small enclosed rental bays and offices.

Rent is paid on a month to month basis and includes all electricity and outgoings, giving tenants the ability to get their business off the ground and running with a smaller outlay than would normally be possible in a commercial rental. This business is different to many share spaces as it is trade and hobby based, similar rentals are targeted at office spaces only. The idea was born out of our ow

n necessity to find an office with storage space for our own business. We found it very difficult to find what we wanted at a price we could afford without the huge outlay of bond, outgoings and the strict conditions imposed with a commercial rental. The only option we had was to rent the space we now have and as such thought we could then sub lease part of the shed to help pay the rent, what we didn't realise was how quickly the idea would take off and have the potential to become a business in itself. The people we have met have been a huge inspiration to turn this into more than just a 'shed space'
