Come join our team at BFS Canning Vale. We are looking for 2 new team members.
If you have previous Dispatch experience or just strong data entry skills with an eye for accuracy and the ability to multi task and achieve deadlines. We are looking to recruit a full time Dispatch Officer who is available to work flexible hours including Saturdays and Public Holidays and in addition a part time Dispatch and Safety Officer. Both roles require the ability to work flexible hours.
If these are your skills:
• Intermediate computer skills
• Accurate and fast data entry
• Outstanding customer service skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced and multifaceted role
• The ability to prioritise your time to achieve required deadlines Time management
• Knowledge and understanding of WA laws for compliance
• Knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation and relevant Codes of Practice
You will need to be able to:
• successfully complete a pre-employment medical including a Drug and Alcohol Screen
• Obtain current police clearance
Previous experience using warehousing software is an advantage
To be considered for the Dispatch and Safety Officer role you will be required to have a minimum of a Certificate IV in WHS

It is with a very heavy heart that we have to announce the passing of our company’s beloved founder and director Luigi (Louie) Sgambelluri.

Mr Sgam passed away peacefully on Wednesday surrounded by his family.

He will forever be remembered for his contribution to the Harvey community, respect for others, honesty and fairness.

We hope to continue his good work with the help of our fantastic team members across our stores.

RIP Mr Sgam, we bet you’re still taking pride in sweeping floors and having long and meaningful chats with customers in a carpark somewhere up there.

You were truly one in a million and you have left a remarkable legacy. ❤️
