It's been a long time since i posted here but this week i have been developing a pop top roof lifter system for my client in the UK.

These will work in pairs and be connected via 1:1 gearboxes and leadscrew drives.

They chose this method of lifting instead of using actuators due to minimal cavity space and also allows to be manually opened if there is now power to run the Dc motor.
