Caloundra Marine is a leading Quintrex & Suzuki dealership on the Sunshine Coast, known for delivering high-quality boats, expert service, and a great customer experience.

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Service & Boat Setup Technician to join our growing team.

About the Role:
This is a diverse, practical role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for preparing new boats for delivery, assisting with servicing, and ensuring every boat leaves our yard in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Fit-up and setup of new boats, motors, and trailers
Installation of accessories (electronics, sounders, radios, batteries, etc.)
Pre-delivery inspections and quality checks
General servicing and maintenance assistance
Trailer checks and minor repairs
Yard organisation and presentation of boats
Supporting the workshop and service team as required

What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude (marine, automotive or similar preferred)
Experience with hand tools and basic electrical fit-outs
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Boat knowledge or boating lifestyle experience highly regarded
