Plot twist of the week β˜ŽοΈπŸš”

Phone rings. I answer with my best professional voice: "Drivision, Tony speaking."

The caller is NOT happy. Apparently I've done something terrible. Apparently I'm from a company I've never heard of. Apparently the police are being called.

The caller is NOT happy. Apparently I've done something terrible. Apparently I'm from a company I've never heard of. Apparently the police are being called.

I've been doing this since 2016. I've handled flight delays, lost luggage, a bride running 40 minutes late and a client who left his passport at home. But I've never been arrested for being someone else. πŸ˜…

After a few deep breaths (mine and theirs), it turned out we're simply not that company. Wrong number, wrong business, very right frustration.

So to whoever's out there doing the thing I'm being blamed for: please call your customer back. They've got questions, and I don't have the answers. πŸ™ƒ

And if you need a car to the airport, we're the ones who answer the phone… even when it's not for us. πŸ“ž
