Moose has been back at university the past few weeks… and somehow the class has talked each other into doing the Push Up Challenge 😅💪

Our team SwiNEPT
(Swinburne university Non Emergency Patient Transport)
is on a mission!

Over the next 24 days, we’ll be aiming to complete 3,307 push ups.

Why 3,307?

Because that’s the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024.
It’s a confronting number, and honestly… it puts things into perspective pretty quickly.
So Moose and his uni classmates are going to sweat it out, struggle through sore arms, question their life choices halfway through the challenge, and keep pushing for something bigger than themselves.
This challenge is about raising awareness and funds for mental health support across Australia.
Your support helps fund science-backed education programs in schools and workplaces, along with workshops and support initiatives that improve the physical and mental health of Australians.
It’s going to be pretty damn brutal… but every push up makes a difference.
