Did you know we offer a convenient freight and parcel service between Cleveland and North Stradbroke Island? 🌴

Whether you’re sending a small package or something a little larger, we’ve got you covered!

📦 Standard Items – $10 per item

📦 Larger Items – $15 per item

🚨 IMPORTANT FREIGHT REMINDERS

✅ Label all parcels clearly with a full contact name and phone number to ensure they reach the right person.

❄️ Cold Goods: All refrigerated and frozen goods must be packaged correctly for transport and collected immediately upon arrival. Please note we do not have refrigerated storage facilities.

⏰ Prompt Collection: We are unable to hold parcels for extended periods. Please ensure you or your nominated recipient are ready to collect your items promptly.

🎨 Paint Tins: All paint tins must be properly sealed before transport.

🎒 North Stradbroke Island school students receive priority when travelling to and from school, Monday to Friday.

During these peak school travel times, we appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation as we help our island students get to and from school safely.

With events happening across North Stradbroke Island and Cleveland this weekend, we’re expecting a busy one!
To make your journey as smooth as possible, plan ahead and allow plenty of time before your departure.
🚗 ARRIVE EARLY – Parking can be limited during busy periods, so give yourself extra time to secure a spot.
🎟️ TICKETS BEFORE BOARDING – All tickets must be purchased from our office before boarding.
🚌 FREE COURTESY BUS – Skip the parking hassle and catch our FREE courtesy bus from Cleveland Train Station straight to the ferry terminal!
