A little update on our Cowirra Caravan Park sign ❤️
It’s been a few days since our last post, so I wanted to let everyone know where things are up to.
We’ve spoken with Council’s planner about replacing the sign, and the response so far has been positive. Council asked to see the proposed replacement design and will circulate it internally for comment.
The intention is really simple — to replace the sign in the same location, at the same size, and with the same important wayfinding purpose it has served for many years, just with a fresh new look.
We’re taking things one step at a time and making sure the proper process is followed before anything is built.
We’re also very grateful to Brett from Mannum Slipway & Moorings, who has kindly offered us the space for our community pizza fundraiser.
The fundraiser is happening this Saturday from 11am–3pm 🍕😊
The weather is looking good — maybe a little breezy — so pop over, grab a pizza and say hello!
