🍬 IMAGINE THE LOOK ON YOUR KID'S FACE WHEN THEIR FAVOURITE CHARACTER PULLS UP ON A MOTORCYCLE… 👻🏍️
3RD ANNUAL TOP END MOTORCYCLE HIRE HALLOWEEN COSTUME RIDE 2026
🧡 A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY EVENT🧡
📅 SATURDAY 31 OCTOBER 2026
📍 PALMERSTON, NT
🍬 FREE COMMUNITY HALLOWEEN EVENT!
THREE YEARS RUNNING… AND THIS YEAR WE’RE CHANGING THINGS UP! 🔥
If you’ve seen our Halloween convoy in previous years, you’ll know we’re not exactly your average group of trick-or-treaters. 😂
Imagine a convoy of motorcycles rolling through the streets, riders dressed as everything from superheroes to spooky creatures, bikes covered in Halloween decorations, and enough lollies to put some serious smiles on little faces.
That’s what our Halloween Costume Ride is all about! 🧡
It’s not a race, a stunt ride or just another motorcycle meet.
It’s about our local riding community coming together, giving back to families and creating a Halloween experience the kids will remember.
And this year, we’re keeping the fun in PALMERSTON! 🎃
🍬 WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?
We’ve introduced designated family stops this year so everyone knows exactly where to meet the riders, see the costumes and collect some FREE Halloween treats!
🎃 OUR 2026 HALLOWEEN ROUTE
🍬 6:10–6:20 PM Royal Park, Durack
👻 6:25 PM Palmerston Golf & Country Club (car park ride-through only)

🍬 6:55–7:05 PM Rosebery Oval
👻 7:15 PM Bell Bar (ride-by only)
⭐ 7:25 PM Bloodwood Park, Zuccoli (potential stop)

🍬 7:55–8:05 PM Johnston Shops (FINAL LOLLY STOP!)
🏁 ~8:15 PM GATEWAY PAVILION CAR PARK AKA THE GRAND FINALE!
⏰ All times are approximate. Please arrive around 10 minutes early at your chosen stop.
Please note: The Golf Club and Bell Bar are ride-bys only. For lollies and a chance to meet the characters, head to one of our designated family stops.
🎁 MORE THAN JUST LOLLIES!
We’ve stepped things up for the kids this year!
Along with free lollies and chocolates, we’ll have little Halloween surprises including bouncy balls, squishies, stamps, erasers and more!
Our riders will have their lolly bags replenished throughout the evening, ready for the next group of excited trick-or-treaters.
And yes… the kids get to be the judges! 👀🏆
At our family stops, you’ll have the opportunity to vote for your favourite costumed character. We’ll collect the votes throughout the night and announce the winners at the end.
So if you see Batman, a giant dinosaur or something completely ridiculous on a motorcycle… make sure you vote for your favourite! 😂
🏁 THE BIG FINISH: GATEWAY!
Once the last lollies have been handed out, we’ll make our way to Gateway Pavilion Car Park to finish the night together.
🍔 Grab some dinner from Gateway’s restaurants
📸 Photos and videos of the Halloween madness
🎭 Costume and decorated-bike judging
🏆 Prize presentations and winner announcements
🏍️ A chance to see the decorated motorcycles up close
We’re also collaborating with FOUR well-known local Darwin photographers and videographers to capture the fun throughout the night! 🎥🔥** B2 Vision, josh spring, Ryan Whitts and Matthew Koole.**
❤️ A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHY WE DO THIS
Halloween should be about having fun, dressing up, laughing and making memories.
For us, it’s also about showing what the motorcycle community can do when we come together for something positive.
This is our third year organising the ride, and every year we’ve learned, improved and worked towards making it a better experience for everyone involved.
We don’t charge families to attend. We don’t charge children for lollies.
We do it because seeing the kids light up when the bikes arrive makes it worth it. 🧡
⚠️ HELP US KEEP HALLOWEEN SAFE
One of our biggest changes this year is introducing designated lolly stops.
In previous years, excited families have sometimes tried to stop riders on roads and near roundabouts.
We completely understand the excitement, but we want everyone going home safely.
Please don’t stop or approach the convoy while it’s travelling. If you see us riding past, give us a wave, take in the costumes and meet us at one of our designated stops instead.
Children should be supervised around parked motorcycles.
We’ll also be using Life360 live convoy tracking again this year, with details shared closer to Halloween so families can follow our progress.
🏍️ WANT TO JOIN THE RIDE?
All participating riders will meet at:
📍 Top End Motorcycle Hire 12 Butler Place, Holtze
⏰ 5:30 PM Riders arrive and briefing
🏍️ 6:00 PM Convoy departure
Rider entry is one bag of individually wrapped lollies or chocolates, which will go towards our shared supply for the kids.
Dress up, decorate your motorcycle, attend the briefing and come prepared to spread some Halloween cheer!
Please note: TEMH is the riders’ meeting point, not a public lolly stop.
🎃 LET’S MAKE SOME HALLOWEEN MEMORIES!
To our riders, families, local businesses, photographers, supporters and everyone who has helped this event grow over the past three years -THANK YOU!
Whether you’re coming for the lollies, the motorcycles, the costumes or just to see a whole convoy of Halloween characters cruising through Palmerston…
WE WANT TO SEE YOU OUT THERE! 👻🏍️
