A new name, but the same ferry service you’ve always known.
We’ve got a little news to share with our Northern Territory community. The ferry service is now part of Journey Beyond, Australia’s leading experiential tourism group, and over the coming months you’ll start to see a new name - Island Connections.

While the name is changing, the team you know, the service you rely on and the connection to the Northern Territory islands remain the same.

We are happy to announce that our service to Tiwi Islands will resume as schedule tomorrow.

Groote Ferry Reminder - There is no afternoon service due to low tides today and tomorrow ( Monday 05/10 and Tuesday 06/10 )

Mandorah Service Update - Flatback will be used for all services Monday 5th October. If required for school children double runs will be made.

From next week Tiwi Mantawi will operate the 7am service everyday. The change comes following the completion of our Tiwi By Design tour that operated on Thursday and Fridays. Now that the tour has finished this allows for more time before departure to Tiwi Islands allowing the Mandorah service to be provided using Tiwi Mantawi.
