The ATEC company which is based in the Nymburk region, Czech Republic was founded in 1992. They started with custom manufacturing of ultralight aircraft´s components. They have produced and delivered hundreds of ultralight aircraft, which, as we hope, are giving joy to their pilots all over the world. In 1996 they produced the legendary aircraft named ZEPHYR, which was a technological innovation

in RA category. A year later, it reached its first award at Aerosalon in Jihlava, Czech Republic. In the year 2000 was the aircraft certified as ZEPHYR 2000 and later renamed to ATEC 122 ZEPHYR. In 2003 they made flight-tests of their new aircraft´s type named ATEC 321 FAETA having the same look as Zephyr, but with a different construction and technology applied, Relying on a 90% carbon fiber construction. Faeta is the type of aircraft which is able to comply not only with the ultralight category limits (RA) but also with the light sport (S-LSA) category of aircraft. Their special model called the 212 SOLO is a very maneuverable and small single seater plane which is the real rarity in its RAL category. Solo is specially designed for sport pilots. This high performance and adrenaline charged aircraft gives real satisfaction to its pilot/owner.
