McHale respects and encourages constructive conversations and opinions of our very passionate online community; however, we do have guidelines to keep in mind when interacting with others in our social spaces. Violations of these guidelines may result in removal of comments, limitations on the ability to comment and interact with our social communities and in extreme
cases being blocked from McHale pages. If we feel something doesn’t sit right, we reserve the right to remove posts as we see fit.

Be Civil – We encourage discussions fuelled by passion for our product, and we love reading your thoughts and seeing how you interact with other McHale enthusiasts, sharing stories and knowledge of our products. We ask that while interacting on our pages that you remain civil and respect differences of opinion. Comments or content that are abusive, inappropriate, threatening, offensive, derogatory, hateful, or overall unjust, will be removed.
2. Keep It Relevant – We understand while discussing with other members of the McHale community, passionate discussion about a topic you love are likely, and sometimes may go off track. Let’s ensure that all discussions are kept relevant to the topic.
3. No Spam – We do read all your comments, and we also know that nobody likes to see the same messages over and over so please resist posting repeated comments. 4. Advertising or Self Promotion - We don’t accept self-promotion or promotion of non-McHale business offerings including but not limited to aftermarket items that are not tried and tested by McHale. We do not endorse this, and any advertising will be removed.
6. Respecting Privacy – Lets make sure that privacy is always protected. McHale respects your privacy, if we see an issue, we may ask you to privately message us with your contact details so that we can help you.
