🚛 We are hiring: Casual Freight Sorter and Local Business Delivery Driver
Dongara Freight is looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our morning operations. This is a hands-on role combining depot work and local deliveries, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and starting their day early.
Your mornings will include:
• Sorting and scanning freight for delivery
• Loading vehicles efficiently and safely
• Delivering freight to local businesses
• Providing friendly, professional service to customers
• Keeping freight organised and accounted for
What We’re Looking For
• Dependable and punctual (early starts are non-negotiable)
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Strong attention to detail when sorting/scanning freight
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Requirements
• Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain)
• LR driver’s licence or higher (or willingness to obtain)
