🏆 A pretty special surprise for Anchorage Houseboats today!
Phil was presented with this Employer of the Month award today, recognising his ongoing dedication and commitment to supporting young people in our community.
We’re incredibly proud of the opportunities we’re able to give young people — helping them learn, grow, build their skills and become part of our Anchorage team.
With five apprentices currently part of our crew, it’s pretty exciting to see the next generation coming through, learning the trade and bringing new skills and ideas with them.
The certificate might have Phil’s name on it, but this one is definitely something for the whole team to be proud of. ❤️⚓️
