Located in the quiet leafy suburb of Hilton, Fremantle, WA. Sunset Studio Retreat is a brand new property available for short or long term rent. A self-contained fully furnished, open plan studio (35sqm living space) with an outdoor area and private car parking bay accessed via back laneway. The stainglass window gives off a magical light show as the sun starts to set in the west.

10 mintues drive to Fremantle, South Beach/South Fremantle, Murdoch and the Swan River. 25mins to Perth CBD (no traffic). Less than 5 minutes walking distance to excellent amenities (Fruit, Vegetables and Delhi (Gilberts), Charlies Cafe, IGA, Bottle shop, Chemist and Doctors surgery.

Price includes all bills and WI-FI

$250 per week when staying longer than 2 weeks

$75 night (minimum 2 nights) + $50 cleaning fee

$350 per week (less than 2 weeks)

There are two chilled out cats that live on the property with the host.

Close to public transport, Fremantle, Murdoch train station.
Briilant fruit and vegetable shop, cafe, IGA and bottle shop at end of the street.

2 cats live on the property with the host.
