Another CRF110F build completed and ready for the next adventure! 🏁

This 2026 Honda CRF110F underwent a comprehensive performance and handling upgrade package. The bike was stripped down to allow fitment of a performance exhaust system, upgraded handlebars, rear suspension upgrade, and intake improvements including an upgraded manifold and throttle body. The front suspension was also upgraded with new fork springs and fresh fork oil to improve ride quality, stability, and rider confidence. Once all components were installed, the bike was tuned and the idle adjusted to suit the upgraded setup, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. Everything was then carefully reassembled, aligned, and inspected to ensure it was ready to ride. The end result is a bike with improved power delivery, sharper handling, and a more capable setup both on and off the track.
