Been a hot minute since our last post.

Between covid and an unbelievably busy covid period we have now started to accept Christmas bookings, usually we book out 1 year in advance but have decided not to block it out early.

We are available right through Christmas and New Years including Christmas Day for those last minute assemblies and even deliveries.

If required deliveries can be stored with us untill Xmas day to keep snooping kids at bay and we will be dressed in Santa hats as Santa’s helpers upon delivery 👌

After weeks of no shows from a “handyman” organized through the big green shed we received a call from Kelly asking if we could save the day.

Ofcourse we got right on it to save Christmas for this wonderful family even though we’re fully booked for the Xmas rush

16hrs, almost 3000 parts, sunburn and a lot of sweat this is the end result, 6.88m wide by 3.5m tall Skyfort 2 play/ cubby house set from Bunnings

Another busy week leading upto Xmas with a couple of full house assembly’s in the new Arundel Springs estate, quite often I get asked why there’s a cost involved with rubbish removal in larger jobs and this is a perfect example, whilst free for most residents to dispose of, as a commercial operator we do get charged for going to the tip.

This particular load was 2.5 hrs total to separate, pack down and remove for the customer then another half hour to unload in the appropriate recycling facility.

Yesterday afternoon turning on the goods with this stunning view of the Gold Coast. We received a call from Amart Furniture for an urgent assembly for a well known tv personality and as always we got right on the job.

Quite frequently we get calls for people having trouble with their flat packs being wobbly and not lasting very long, my first question is did you install the little clear/white wedges on the back panels, and 9/10 times the answer is no, I threw them out.

These little guys funnily enough are the last step in the assembly process and also one of the most important as they help lock in the back panels to the main shell by taking up the small amount of play between the panel grooves.

Save yourself the hassle of giving up, buying another item to replace or having other dishonest assemblers taking you for a ride, simply by installing these wedges.

We will be posting more of these helpful tips in the future and if anyone has any questions or needs advice please feel free to call anytime and we can try and talk you through it over the phone 😊

A little something outside of our normal thisarvo, a special request on this quick job from one of our regulars, a colourbond privacy screen to block out the neighbour headlights coming home from night shift, also mounted off the ground to allow leaves to pass under and not block up the drain. turned out pretty good 👌
