WTF is wrong with people.. new driver started after going through the requirements of the position available, happy with everything , signed contract, day 1 followed other driver to the job in Tenterfield so knew the route, etc.. Day 2 sent to do the run by himself as was shown what, where and when.. obviously didn't take any notice where he went the day before and couldn't work a GPS ended up way down NSW way took an extra 2hrs to get to Tenterfield and burnt an extra $500 in diesel, got back to the yard and quit as the job was to hard.. 🤔
Potential new driver calls for a job, currently working for someone that hasn't paid him in 4 weeks, good for an immediate start.. however 4.30am is too early for him to get out of bed..
Unfortunately we don't have any positions 12.00pm - 1.00pm with 1hr off for lunch...😔
