During this period, please note that:

All GC local deliveries on Standard Services (S – 4-hour) in and out of these areas will temporarily be moved to Same-Day Service timeframes.
All Brisbane deliveries on Next Standard Service (NSS – 5hrs) will temporarily be moved to Same-Day Service timeframes, with a 10am cut-off.
All deliveries needing to meet set timeframes will need to be charged as Express, Urgent, or Dedicated services with an additional $16.50 (inc GST) GC500 Surcharge.
Extended travel times and restricted access should be expected throughout the event duration. Timeframes may not be guaranteed due to traffic delays.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to minimise disruption and continue providing reliable service during this busy period.

Dear Valued Customers,

With the approach of Cyclone Alfred toward the South East Queensland coast in the coming days, Sub60 prioritises the safety of our drivers and customers. Consequently, we have made the following operational decisions:
Wednesday, 5th March: Morning Services Only
Service Restrictions:
Gold Coast to Gold Coast Services: Only Express services will be available; Standard services are suspended. The latest booking time is 11:00 AM.
Gold Coast to Brisbane Services: A single morning run to Brisbane will operate with No Standard Services (NSS). Booking cut-off times are 9:00 AM for southern suburbs and 9:30 AM for central and northern suburbs.
Brisbane to Gold Coast Services: A morning run will be available, with a booking cut-off at 10:00 AM for NSE and NSU same day services to the Gold Coast (No NSS). Bookings can be made up until 11:30 AM. Same-day deliveries will require a Dedicated service; otherwise, they will be scheduled for delivery on Monday, March 10th.

Thursday, 6th March & Friday, 7th March: No Operations
Cyclone Alfred's anticipated impact will suspend all services on these dates.

Resumption of Normal Services
We plan to resume regular operations on Monday, 10th March.
