We are currently experiencing delays in delivering some parcels due to unprecedented high volumes. Over the weekend many parcels were delivered to customers, however there are some areas where we are still experiencing some backlog that is impacting deliveries.
We know some parcels contain items for Christmas. Our teams are working hard to ensure these are delivered as soon as possible, and will continue working hard to deliver all parcels as quickly as possible post-Christmas. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment this causes.
