We have made it home from a weekend of racing at Offroad Outlaws Enduro, we will post some more pictures and videos through out the week.

We definitely need sway bars so we can get the front working in whoops better.

All in all we are very happy with the car, we competed and finished every stage of the weekend. We know we still need to work on the auto cooling side of things. Other than that the car performed really well.

The damage report is pretty much all from the 6hour enduro, except we split a water pump Friday morning pre running the track. We lot auto thermo fan on lap one of the enduro, so we hard wired it too the battery and kept going, then a couple of km’s down the track the idler on the spring tensioner deleted it self, luckily we keep spares of all pulleys on board. The hydro booster started to leak after lap four but kept driving and then on our last lap we busted a rim and had to change it quickly.

We drove the 80 up onto the truck and all in all had an awesome weekend.

Massive thanks to every one that came out to support us, and to our pit crew who kept us going all weekend.

Good news, we are officially entered and paid to race off-road outlaws 2026. Keen to change a few things on the 80 and give it a good crack.

Prologue is finished, successful run, and everything is all good with the 80. We start night stage at 7.56

Well we are cliffy 2025 packed and loaded, the car has had a lot of things done to it in the last few months. Due to the original axle builder not using the correct size or material when building the front axles, we had to pay for another set to be made, M.R. Automotive were amazing to deal with, with the making of the new set, kept up to date and stuck to the time line. They made the two inner axles, we bought rcv 300m d60 outter axles through Yukon Enterprises, as always damien was great to deal with and helped me out with the short turn around.

We also had to change diff centres, we bought the rear from HillFab, josh was great to speak too and I had the rear set with in a week.
We bought a yukon set off Cam Marks to chuck in the front, cheers mate for getting me out of a bind.

Then we had the psc pump start to make aweful noises, so a quick message to DFI got us an upgraded new pump over night. Unreal service as always.

We’ve made a 10l washer bottle and added more nozzles With the amount of mud possible out there we have tried to accomodate as much as we can. Even putting a very agricultural set of flares on the front

All new bearings through out the front has been changed.

Hopefully we are ready for a big week at Cliffhanger 4wd Event 2025 for the final cliffy ever.

Rick Verbruggen of course has been instrumental in this car being ready with all the extra work he’s been doing to get it there. Thanks heaps dad, can’t do it with out ya.
