Restor Detailing is looking for a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our team across vehicle and boat detailing services.
What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing daily operations and job scheduling
* Managing staff and maintaining high-quality standards
* Communicating with clients and handling bookings
* Assisting with detailing, tinting, and marine/boat detailing services
* Driving business growth and improving systems
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in detailing, tinting, or marine/boat detailing (highly regarded)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* Good communication and customer service skills
