MLG’s 2026 Managers Meeting brought together managers from across our sites to reflect on the past year, share operational insights, and align on the priorities shaping our business.
Safety remained central to the discussion, alongside transformational change, our FY27 strategic priorities and the longer-term direction of our operations. We also explored new innovations and technologies implemented across the business and discussed our market outlook following recent contract wins.
Bringing our managers together in one room provided a valuable opportunity to share experiences across sites, strengthen working relationships and build a shared understanding of our direction.
These connections reflect our value of Teamwork: we achieve more when we collaborate, support one another and demonstrate leadership to deliver outcomes for our people, clients and communities. By sharing knowledge and practical solutions, we strengthen our collective approach to safety, leadership and operational performance.
The day concluded with a Q&A panel featuring key members of our leadership team providing an opportunity for open discussion about the opportunities and challenges ahead.
