Big freight. Bigger hearts. 💪🚛

Our Bankstown team handles the big and bulky every day. Between the heavy lifting, they make time for the monthly meeting, fire up the BBQ 🔥🍔 and share a lunch together.

Same tradition, every site. 🤝 Because at B dynamic Logistics, culture isn’t a poster on the wall. It’s how we show up for each other. ❤️

Before the work begins, we move together. 🤸‍♂️💙
Across our sites, teams are stretching, sharing and setting the rhythm for B Safe month. 🏭🤝 This isn’t just information, it’s action, and it’s part of who we are at B dynamic Logistics. 🚀 Safety matters deeply to us, and we’ll always make it something we can smile about as we do it. 😊🦺

There’s a lot happening behind every order that comes through our warehouse. From receiving and picking to packing and dispatch, it’s our people on the floor who keep everything moving.
It’s the everyday work that makes the difference.

This is the standard we hold technology to at B dynamic Logistics. Not flashy for the sake of it, but genuinely useful, freeing our people up to focus on the work that matters.

Innovation isn't about ticking a box marked "new system" or "latest platform." It's about the manual, repetitive, frustrating problems that quietly disappear from someone's day. That's the mindset our CIO, Suranthe De Silva, brings to every tech decision we make: start with the people, and let the technology follow.

Trust isn't demanded, it's built. Ownership isn't assigned, it's earned by giving people the space to bring their ideas forward.

That's the kind of leadership Jordan Benney, our Head of People & Culture, believes in. The leaders who make the greatest impact aren't the ones who simply direct from the top. They're the ones who lead by example, open the door to honest conversations and give their teams room to take ownership, contribute ideas and grow.

When people feel trusted, they show up differently. They speak up more, take more initiative, and care more about the outcome, not because they're told to, but because they feel like it's genuinely theirs to shape.

At B dynamic Logistics, that's the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

Different city. Same culture. Same rhythm.
Our South Australian team in Adelaide is right in step with the rest of B dynamic Logistics, and Tyson Hoyle is the proof. Our September Value Hero lives our values every shift, and it shows. Thank you, Tyson. 🙌

Culture starts with people. 🧡

Our Group CEO Jam Pathirana connecting with our team and sharing what it truly means to lead with care. At B dynamic Logistics, leadership goes beyond operations. It’s about listening, supporting our people, and creating a culture where everyone feels valued and part of something bigger.

Best way to start the shift? Together, on the floor, getting the body ready for the day ahead. 🙌

It's Safety Month, and this week we're putting the spotlight on health, because looking after our people means looking after them physically too. Turns out a good stretch and a bit of team banter is the best way to kick off a shift. Small habit, big impact (and a solid dose of morning laughs).

Some of the best teamwork doesn't happen on the job, it happens when you let your hair down together.

The Bankstown team traded pallets for paintballs, and judging by these photos, nobody was taking it easy on anyone. Alliances formed, targets were called out, and a few scores are still being settled back at the warehouse.

Moments like these are what real team spirit looks like. It's not just about getting the job done every day, it's about the trust and camaraderie built when the team shows up for each other outside of work too. That's what makes a good team a great one.

Great to see the Bankstown crew having this much fun together. More of this, please.

Ships pass. Opportunities pass. The question is who's ready to catch the next one.

Proud to see our Group CEO Jam Pathirana on stage at CIML 2026 in Colombo, carrying lessons from building B dynamic Logistics right here in Australia back to the country he grew up in.

Knowledge doesn't stay in one place, and neither should ambition. He challenged Sri Lanka's next generation to lead with attitude, accountability and action, proof that what we build here can inspire growth well beyond our own shores.

This is what it means to build local roots while thinking globally.
