That's why we've introduced a simple four-tier pricing system based on the size of your load, the space it occupies, and the urgency of the job.
📄 Tier 1 – Documents & Small Items (0–10 kg)
Perfect for envelopes, keys, documents, USB drives, small parcels and other passenger-seat sized items.
✅ $20 pickup/dispatch fee
✅ $0.90 per kilometre (round trip)
Example: A pickup from Kingaroy to Nanango and back (approximately 42 km return) would be:
$20 + 42 km × $0.90
📦 Tier 2 – Standard Transport (10–100 kg)
Ideal for trade supplies, auto parts, florist deliveries, marketplace purchases and general freight.
✅ $30 pickup/dispatch fee
✅ $1.20 per kilometre (round trip)
🛻 Tier 3 – Ute Tray Utilisation
Designed for larger loads that require the ute tray, including landscaping supplies, agricultural products, building materials and bulky marketplace purchases.
✅ $40 pickup/dispatch fee
✅ $1.40 per kilometre (round trip)
⚡ Tier 4 – Express Retrieval (Same-Day Priority)
When waiting isn't an option.
This premium service is for urgent breakdown parts, critical business items, workshop components and other time-sensitive deliveries requiring immediate dispatch.
✅ $75 dispatch fee (Minimum Call out fee of $150)
✅ $1.50 per kilometre (round trip)
