Located in Bowral, Southern Highlands and newly established in 2023, the Millshed Gin and Vodka Distillery is a low volume, high quality award winning Boutique establishment producing 9500 bottles per year and only use quality local and Australian ingredients including water coming from Fitzroy Falls.
