This place was something else!

Less than an hour from Perth and an easy 30 minutes from Rockingham it’s the perfect spot for a hike or picnic, but no longer for an afternoon dip.

I cannot believe this magical place is now closed and you’ll never guess why!

Routine water testing found naegleria fowleri present which is known commonly as ‘brain eating bacteria’. AHHHH!
