Well this was quite a challenge of both mind and muscle, requiring some lateral thinking 🤔
Since helicopter lifts are no longer available for non-essential items, It was decided that the 340kg stone bath needed to be gently raised 4 meters through a then relatively tight space in a ceiling void to gain access to the upper level of this massive penthouse.
The bath was then safely maneuvered from our hoist, through a tight robe area to gain access to the wet area for the replacement of this bath in a re fit out of this space.
A big thanks to all the team at Condev Construction for the opportunity to put our expertise to the test yet again.
I fantastic result that left all contractors & clients extremely happy. 🛁💪🏼

Great job done by a great team. This was an entire gym that needed to vacate their space over 2 floors, with over 100 large gym pieces needing to be removed out of 1st & 2nd floor windows using a mini crane , all in a weekend !
