1/ Due to INCREASING operational costs, VN CONNECT will increase shipping charges by $1 per delivery for all suburbs and regions in Melbourne FROM 22/5. For more details, please see the attached file below:

2/ To maintain efficiency and fairness in our service, we have revised our delivery fee structure based on the number of orders IN THE SAME ZONE per pick-up:

1-2 orders: Delivery fee will be charged at double the standard rate per order.
3-5 orders: Delivery fee will be 1.5 times the standard rate per order.
From 6 orders: Standard fee applies.
