'Around 40 growers attended the Nutrien Leongatha Grower Day, held at their trials site just outside of town and partly sponsored by Koch Fertiliser Australia. The results of the trials throughout the year were discussed, with a key element being nitrogen application, particularly nitrogen stabilisers. The results of these stabilisers, like Koch’s Agrotain or Nexen, showed excellent yield results and an overall cost saving of approx. 10% per tonne of dry matter compared to using straight Urea.' - Brent Lehmann, KFAus Marketer for Southern and Western VIC

Despite the wintry weather conditions, it was a great day and an excellent way for the local growers to celebrate and wind down after the year that was.
