☕👮 Coffee with a Cop at Southern Cross Station

Yesterday morning, Southern Cross Station and Daniel's Donuts hosted Coffee with a Cop, in collaboration with Victoria Police’s Transit and Public Safety Command.

The morning offered a relaxed opportunity for passengers, station retailers and stakeholders to meet local police officers, ask questions, raise concerns and get to know the people helping keep our public transport network safe.

And, of course, there were refreshments to enjoy, thanks to Daniel’s Donuts! ☕🍩

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat and helped make the morning such a great community event.

A reminder that Friday 25 September is the AFL Grand Final public holiday in Victoria.

Southern Cross Station will be open, but some of our retailers will have different opening hours for the public holiday – so if you’re planning to grab a coffee, bite to eat or visit one of our retailers, it’s worth checking ahead.

Each year, we mark Blue Ribbon Day at Southern Cross Station, a chance for the community to say thank you to those who protect and serve our community and ensure that those who have fallen are never forgotten.

It was great to welcome the Blue Ribbon Foundation back to the station this morning. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to show their support and help honour Victoria Police members who have died in the line of duty.
