A familiar home of the Brisbane Strikers has a fresh surface ready for plenty more hours of play.

Recently, the Grassports QLD team resurfaced the existing futsal field at Perry Park with our Australian made LigaTurf 18/8 system, paired with BrockFILL natural infill built for performance.

For busy sporting facilties, having a high-performance synthetic surface can make a big difference. With training, competition and community use putting increasing pressure on natural fields, synthetic surfaces provide a reliable option for regular training and play helping facilities accommodate more hours on the field while giving the natural surfaces a break.

We love seeing our Laykold Padel courts come to life as the sport continues to grow across Australia.

A big part of encouraging more players to pick up a racquet is creating venues that make social play accessible, welcoming and, of course, a whole lot of fun. And when the courts look this sleek, that’s even better.

The expert team at Synthetic Padel Group supplied and installed five Laykold Padel courts at Sidewall Social, including a Super Panoramic centre court that puts even more of the action on show.

It might not quite be cricket season in Australia, but that doesn’t mean the practice has to stop. 🏏

While we count down to the start of the cricket season, players can still get plenty of time at the crease thanks to indoor facilities like this one in Padstow, NSW.

Hitech Synthetic recently completed this indoor cricket wicket which features our Australian-made Supergrasse Shield surface in beige and green, creating the look of a traditional turf wicket while providing a purpose-built surface for year-round practice.

This weekend, our Laykold Padel court will take centre stage at The Padel Invitational presented by UBS, bringing together Australian tennis legend Pat Rafter, elite global padel professionals and celebrity guests for an incredible showcase of the sport.

Synthetic Sports Group was engaged to deliver a showstopping custom court specifically for the event - set against the spectacular backdrop of one of the world’s most recognisable venues.

With padel continuing to take off across Australia, we can’t wait to see the court in action and some of the world’s best putting it through its paces!

Ready? Play! 🎾

The Tennis courts are looking fresh at the Kelana Jaya Tennis Centre ahead of SUKMA 2026, Malaysia's biggest biennial multi-sport event. It is an amazing upgrade, where our expert agent Sports Tech Pro Sdn Bhd installed Laykold across the complex.

Laykold courts are chosen are around the world from tour level to nationals, to clubs thanks to its pace precision, where centre court is equally at consistent as the outside courts.

The Games will open next weekend, with the tennis action starting from the 17th August. Who will take home the gold and be crowned the National champions?

With the 2027 SEA Games also held in Malaysia, this facility will see plenty more rallies for years to come.

These brand new green netball and tennis courts in SA are looking fresh 👌💚

🏀 What a difference a week can make.

St Michael’s Primary School in North Melbourne welcomed a brand-new sporting area in just 6 days, thanks to this upgrade completed by Easy Turf using Australian-made Supergrasse Court Turf PE.

This outdoor basketball court, complete with four-square line markings, provides students with a dedicated space to stay active — from shooting hoops at lunchtime to practising free throws and perfecting those three-pointers.

Our Court Turf product is a popular choice for schools thanks to its durability, ability to handle high levels of use and range of colours available. It helps create play areas that are ready for everything from PE lessons to everyday games, encouraging students to stay active throughout the year.

Who said pickleball had to be played on hard courts? 👀🌱

These fabulous new courts at Bond University were installed by the superstar team at Grassports QLD. One of the many advantages of synthetic grass courts is that they can be installed over existing concrete or asphalt surfaces, which can be more forgiving if the underlying surface isn't in perfect condition.

This installation features our Australian-made Supergrasse Probounce CoolPlus, a surface that delivers a high-quality playing experience at a medium-fast pace, perfectly suited to the speed and dynamic nature of pickleball.

The team also completed an installation of Supergrasse Centurion XI for the cricket nets, adding another high-performance training area for students, athletes and the wider university community.

From pickleball to cricket, it's fantastic to see Bond University continue to invest in versatile sporting spaces that encourage participation and performance.
