It’s rarely about being more confident, more prepared, or having more money. Most backpackers just made the decision to go before they felt fully ready.

The truth is, you won’t suddenly wake up feeling 100% confident to travel solo, navigate new places, or leave your comfort zone. Confidence comes after the first booking, the first hostel, the first “I can actually do this” moment.
