New rig!

We have changed one of our Volvo tray trucks over to a curtainsider body and purchased a new trailer to match. Perfect for getting hay delivered to our customers, no matter what the weather.

This is a unique setup. It was designed to our requirements through the Performance Based Standards (PBS) system. This allows for trucks to operate outside normal regulations. As such it's overheight and overlength compared to regular trucks. It has space for 26 pallets all up - probably the first of its type in Australia.

We recently supplied a few loads of strawbales for sediment control in the Strathbogie Ranges bushfire area. The bales will be used to stop ash and soil being run into dams and waterways when it rains.

Broken Murray called on us because as well as supply the bales we could also use our forklift to quickly and safely unload. We delivered to around 8 sites around the Strathbogies.

Phew! Another busy week! 5, or was it 50? loads of round bales delivered plus a few thousand small square bales... we used one of our forklifts to unload one load of rounds - our tilt trailer makes forklift transport so easy.
