Drop your bags at our same day drop off and pick up luggage storage. You will find us at Travellers Aid Flinders Street Station, located between platform 9 and 10, and spend your day discovering the city's best attractions without the extra weight.

Just 50 days until Melbourne welcomes more than 850 Special Olympics athletes from
across Australia for the 2026 National Games, 19–23 October.

Five days. 13 sports. 10 venues. And a whole lot of competition, cheering, friendships and
fun.

From the pool to the track, courts and fields, athletes will be giving it their all as they come
together to compete and be part of something bigger.

Temporary service update at Travellers Aid Southern Cross Station

The accessible toilet is temporarily unavailable while upgrades are underway to improve its accessibility and safety features. Alternative accessible toilets are available nearby, and all other services remain open and operating as usual. The Travellers Aid lounge remains open, although there may be some minor noise and dust during the works.

Showers available at Travellers Aid Southern Cross Station.
$10 for a full rate or $7.50 for concession (towel and soap included).

All funds raised through fee-paying services are used to support people experiencing disadvantage or needing additional assistance when travelling.

Operating hours:
Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm
Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 5pm
No advance bookings are required, however, there may be wait times.
