Sat. 16/05/2026 Escape the city and discover one of Melbourne’s best-kept secrets 🌿
Join us for a scenic day exploring the stunning Kinglake Ranges. This trip is all about fresh air, forest views, and hidden spots most people never see.
We start with peaceful stops at Yan Yean Reservoir where morning tea is served and Toorourrong Reservoir, rich in history and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Then it’s into the heart of nature at Masons Falls, where you’ll walk through lush forest to a scenic waterfall lookout—keep an eye out for lyrebirds and wildlife along the way.
Next, we head up to Lady Stonehaven’s Lookout, perched high above the ranges, offering sweeping panoramic views across the Valley and even back to Melbourne on a clear day.
You’ll also have time to explore Kinglake township, grab lunch, and soak in the relaxed mountain atmosphere—cooler, quieter, and surrounded by lush forests.
We finish with more scenic stops including historic gold mining areas and one of the best lookout towers in the region before heading back to Melbourne.
✨ Highlights:
• Waterfalls & rainforest walks
• Epic mountain views & lookouts
• Wildlife & peaceful nature
• Small-group, relaxed pace
If you’re looking for a refreshing day out without the crowds, this one’s hard to beat.
