I have been working in travel for over 18 years and specialise in cruising, Disney holidays and touring as they are my favourite ways to holiday. for the first time and experiencing their reactions in some of the poorer counties in the world these are moments I will remember forever. Today I went to a museum many wouldn’t. It was the museum of Terror, the history of the N**i and Communist era in Hungary. It was so well put together and didn’t hide the bad, including being able to go into the cells beneath the building where victims were tortured and killed. The resilience of people who lived through the harshest regimes is incredible. No pics allowed inside but definitely worth a visit while in Budapest.
