Senior Administrator/Payroll Manager

Beattie Haulage are currently seeking a Senior Administrator/Payroll Manager to work with us full time in Moora.

Duties include:

• Reception.

• Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date, including insurances, licenses and other relevant projects and company related documents.

• Performing all usual office management duties such as ordering office supplies, maintaining calendars and emails, organising the physical and electronic files.

• Liaising with management and staff.

Criteria:

• Accurate data entry skills.
• Proven ability to cope with high volume workload.
• Exceptional time management skills, organisational and coordinating ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

This position is a full time role which includes the following:
-Dispatching of our trucks and drivers in the mining and agricultural sectors.
-Interacting with clients.
-Having an understanding of computers/smart phones and google maps.
-Being flexible after hours and some weekends as a point of contact.
-Being organised and being able to work under pressure is a must.
