March 2018 - Remember the Tomcat ? 🐈‍⬛

Our Tomcat helicopter out in Proserpine doing what it was built for — low, loaded and laying it down in the fields.

The heavily modified Bell 47 helicopter was a true workhorse for us for a few years in between the Jetrangers.
One farmer said it reminded him of something out of Mad Max ! 🎥🏎️⚙️

Today marks 46 years of Dwyer Aviation Services 🚁🎂

From humble beginnings with Eric & Dorothy Dwyer in 1980 to thousands of hours in the air across North Queensland (and sometimes well beyond)- aerial ag, firefighting, national parks work, powerline ops, mustering, precision sling, charter, remote work — and lots more weird and wonderful operations in between - it’s been an incredible journey built on hard work, loyal clients, solid suppliers, great staff and a genuine drive to get the job done - right. ✅

We’re proud to still be locally owned and operated after 46 years, doing what we love in the skies over the North.
