Meet Oliver, our second-year apprentice...

But don’t let the “apprentice” part fool you.

The guy practically grew up with saltwater in his veins.

When he’s not wiring up boats in the workshop, he’s out on the water racing, training every week and jumping into competitions whenever he can.

With a family yacht as his playground since day one, he’s picked up the kind of instincts you can’t teach, and he brings that same drive and spark to every job he touches, and trust us, he’s just getting started.
