We all have a responsibility as boat owners/operators to make sure the vessel you operate/own and use is prepped accordingly for operation and use. Working running gear(engine, anchor winch, steering, etc) is operational..
If you are in doubt, give us at Squid and Co a call and we can come out and check your gear thoroughly..
Emergency services are there to assist with emergencies, lets get your gear checked before you need to call on their help!

What started as sanding, sticker removal, polishing, primer and paint has finally crossed the finish line 💪

Countless hours, dusty days, long nights, and plenty of laughs and COFFEE along the way — but Y2K is officially finished and looking absolutely unreal 👀✨

Huge thanks to everyone involved in bringing this transformation to life.
Now it’s time to get her back on the water where she belongs 🌊

Lets take a moment to think about these Volunteers we have sadly lost. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families. ❤️🙏

Today we pause to reflect on the tragic events off Ballina on the NSW North Coast.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the families, friends, and fellow volunteers affected by this heartbreaking incident. We especially honour the dedicated Marine Rescue volunteers who lost their lives while doing what they signed up to do, helping others in need on the water.

This tragedy is a reminder of the risks faced by all who serve on the water, often in challenging and unpredictable conditions. The courage and selflessness shown by those involved will not be forgotten.

From all of us at Coast Guard Redcliffe, we stand in solidarity with the Marine Rescue NSW community during this incredibly difficult time.
