🪧 FREE Adult Cycle Skills Workshop

📍 Nirimba State Primary School, Nirimba
Build your confidence on two wheels—whether you’re nervous, out of practice, or curious about the freedom of an e-bike. This workshop is led by the knowledgeable instructors from Bike On. The approach is supportive, practical, and driven to make riding fun and stress-free.
A limited number of e-bikes will be on hand for those keen to try; however, you will need to bring your own bike for this workshop. Also bring a bike helmet, a water bottle and make sure to wear closed toe shoes.
Friendly, encouraging, and never rushed— this workshop is designed to turn “I’m not sure I can” into “That was easier than I thought!”

Ben has spent an awesome few days in Mogo, NSW, working alongside Shannon from Gravity Oz to deliver a PMBIA Level 1 Instructor Course.

PMBIA remains the gold standard in mountain bike coaching certification — helping us turn passionate riders into skilled, qualified coaches and opening real career pathways in the outdoor adventure industry.

As part of his own next step, Ben is now training as a PMBIA Course Conductor (Train the Trainer), with the goal of helping PMBIA deliver more courses across Queensland and throughout Australia — supporting the ongoing growth and professionalism of the mountain bike industry.
