Our much loved Golden Wattle Soda is flying the coop. We’ve loved showcasing hand foraged Golden Wattle flowers in soda form with our good friends up at Flinders Food Co Hawker but the time has come to pass the baton.. We’re now running down remaining stock UNTIL SOLD OUT!

***While the Golden Wattle will be missed in our line up, we’ll be working closely with Flinders Food Co Hawker to keep this little number (+ something new) rolling off the line. We’re excited to keep showcasing what South Australia’s mid-north has to offer the best way we know how. 💛

LIMONCELLO APERITIVO is a citrus-forward, herb-driven take on the classic limoncello SPRITZ.

Built on a base of lemon and yuzu, this Aperitivo layers in a complex mix of roots, herbs and botanicals including gentian, cinchona, rosemary, oregano and basil, delivering a bright, bitter and refreshingly dry finish. A sharp, sun-soaked take on a limoncello spritz, without the booze, without the sugar bomb.
