Wasn’t sure if I was even gonna post anything or as to what the weeks ahead may be. But as my results came through today I think it’s definitely time to post.

3 and a half weeks ago I rolled my ankle on the side of the rd while going to load a horse.
I was taken to hospital via ambos and was under the advice of doctors I had torn ligaments. Today my scan results show that I have
Torn ligaments both full thickness and partial tears, joint swelling, stretched ligaments to there maximum, lots of fluid and a small fracture with a piece bone detached. 😩😂 be spending a lot more time in a moon boot than first thought. Months of recovery ahead and more than likely surgery. JOB WELL DONE!!!! 😂🤦‍♀️

Transport will still be available but hubby will be driving who is also a very careful driver (taught him well”) 😂. I will of course be being a passenger driver 😂. my darling hubby is still learning about horse and have every vote of confidence in him and has more than enough experience to drive. so horses will have to be loaded and unloaded by giver and receiver as per amendment in my contract via pickup and drop off. I will absolutely NOT stop doing what I love and that is seeing people smile with there beloved giant fur baby 🥰❤️

Full house of warm bloods off to there new agistement 3hrs away. All loaded and traveled perfect even the difficult one. Not a fan of Sydney tunnels though 🤣

We do have modifications of extended bays, extra high roof and heavier suspension for the heavier and taller horses.

Rainy days and being realy sick, have decided to go back and make my bears to keep me busy. Had to google how to use my sewing machine as I was hand sewing each bear 🤣🤣 shut up don’t judge 😆
Each bear is made different and unique. Certain bears will be going to the maternity unit for family’s who have had still born just as I did at near full term and was given a teddy and for a split second I forgot because I was holding a bear. Others will be going to the kids ward and some will be going to the police station for children in car accidents, DV ect.
All my bears I make are all donated and made with sooo much love, time and care and hope they bring soo much joy as it dose to me when I’m making them 🥰

Never mind the dog’s facial expressions in the background 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and since that day she dose everything she’s told 😆

Long haul for this gentleman Nowra -Cobar.

Back story: I had a lovely lady get in contact with me about a horse that she was looking at here in Nowra on an auction site for her 16yo daughter ( sadly didn’t get) and was wanting transport to Cobar.
Not many transporters go out that far to outback NSW, so when that horse fell through and mum was on the hunt again I felt the need to go on a hunt my self. Now as a transporter that is not my job. My job is to pickup and drop off and care in between for my passengers. She was after a specific type of horse wich made it abit tricky, never the less I put my thinking cap on…… now before we all make harsh comments about this particular dealer, him and I have a professional relationship, I certainly don’t go palming off everyone his way. They were after a particular horse and he had that particular horse which I have seen a few times for my self and knew it would be the perfect fit. This horse was so quiet and soo gentle (no he wasn’t drugged). I sent a few videos and offered to go over and take videos and pics my self, I rocked up unannounced and plucked him outa the yard and sent videos to this lovely family. “Taco” was one in a million. He had the looks, perfect shiny coat and the temperament. He had found is forever little human to love and dote upon.
Few days later I plucked him outa the yard in the dark and loaded him up. He loaded perfect. And off we went to Cobar an he traveled like a dream. Arriving at 7pm at the racecourse “Tacos” little human had finally got to hug and see her new 1st horse in the flesh. And when I say it was love at 1st site it was love at first site, this had given me the warm and fuzzies to almost cracking a tear. That horse just stood there and lapped up all the attention HE WAS HOME 💕 this was one of my favourite drop offs. As tired and exhausted I was these lovely people were an absolute breath of fresh air and yarned with them for ages, I musta said “goodbye” 4 times before I actually did go 😂😂 coulda stood there for ages. Can’t wait to see yous again, yous made me laugh 😆
“Taco” has settled in beautifully and was the perfect fit for this gorgeous girl. And being her first very own horse couldn’t have been a better match.
We do go out to Cobar peoples and we are a door to door service. We take great pride in what we do and go that extra mile for people.
