It’s amazing how rejuvenating a basic overnight get away is
Lots of walks and just basically chilling
The wind picked up off the lake, so I popped my camp chair inside van with the same view
Then it dropped off to millpond
Woke up this morning to a stunning day
Ruby chased some ducks we had a lte breaky, packed up and then spent a couple of hours with Gav thanks for the coffee. Rubes loved your backyard 👏🏻

6 days of pure relaxation
Reading, walking, fishing (with cheese as bait no good)playing pool ( no good ), watching movies and just enjoying the stillness and absolute quietness of the bush

Slaty Creek was fantastic Loads of walks , some time to read, gold prospecting for the first time, beautiful fire with not a bit of breeze, starry skies
And super tranquil
Ruby saw her first kangaroos
And so nice to leave at my leisure not like at a caravan park leaving at 10am
It sure was fresh morning and night but the days were tshirt weather 🏕️🍷

Very cold night woke up with ice on my van and frost on the grass but we were toasty warm in bed
Lots and lots of walks yummy food and friendly people in park
Had a finger incident but survived 😂
