WE ARE HIRING - NIGHTSHIFT ALLOCATOR

Nagle Transport has a position vacant within our team for a Full-Time permanent Nightshift Allocator for an immediate start. The shift is 1:30am - 9:30am, Monday to Friday. You would be required to load & unload vehicles, breakdown freight and ensure all outgoing vehicles depart within designated time frames.

Robert & Kelly Nagle established The Walter Award – For Commitment to Excellent Levels of Service in honour of Walter Nagle, founder of W.D & J.L Nagle, which later became Nagle Bros Transport. Walter sadly passed away in 2022.

Walter Nagle was a trailblazer in the Central West road transport industry, recognised for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to service. He believed that success was built through reliability, hard work and genuinely caring about the customers you serve. These values became the foundation of the business and remain embedded in our day-to-day operations, continuing to guide our growth as a transport, storage and distribution provider for over 60 years.

The 2025 recipient of The Walter Award is Chris Weston.

Chris has been an integral part of Nagle Transport for almost 10 years and is widely known for his exceptional flexibility and willingness to put the job first — often setting aside his own schedule to ensure things run smoothly. With an in-depth knowledge of every run across the business, Chris is someone the team can always rely on.

Alongside his dedication and experience, Chris brings a great sense of humour to the workplace, regularly keeping the office girls on their toes with his cheeky comments. We’re looking for a reliable and physically fit Full-Time Van Driver to join our team, based at our Orange depot.

About the Role:
📦Deliveries from Orange Depot to Bathurst / Lithgow / Orange areas
📦Start date: 13th October 2024.
📦Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.
📦The role also includes some picking and packing in the warehouse in the afternoons.

What We’re Looking For:
📦Must be physically fit to handle deliveries and warehouse tasks.
📦Reliable with a strong work ethic.
📦Good attitude and a team player.
📦Previous delivery or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential.
📦Must have a C Class license (P1 or P2 accepted)

Pay & Perks:
📦$26.27 per hour + super + overtime rates.
📦Opportunity to be supported financially & with training to upgrade to truck license is applicant is interested.
📦Paid RDO every month after 6 month probationary period.
