Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves working in our distribution warehouse, where you'll be responsible for forklift operations and manual picking and packing of wholesale and retail orders. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, energetic, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Repetitive manual handling of items up to 25kg

Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Inspecting and sorting products with a keen eye for detail

Following OH&S procedures and safety protocols

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Taking ownership of your role with a proactive, reliable attitude

Requirements:

Current forklift license (Essential)

Experience in picking and packing (Advantageous)

Strong physical fitness, agility, and endurance

Sound mathematical ability

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Must be honest, dependable, and a strong communicator

No current injuries or conditions that would prevent frequent lifting of up to 25kg

Must be honest and reliable
No current physical or health issues that would prevent manual handling or frequent lifting (up to 25kg)
