We’re looking for the next person to join the team at Oxley Rural on Pental Island.

We have a full-time permanent position available for an experienced MC Truck Driver / Farm Hand, offering plenty of variety across our transport and farming operations.

From local, regional and interstate driving to jumping in on the farm during quieter transport periods, this is a role for someone who enjoys variety, practical work and being part of a hardworking rural team.

🌾 Full-time, permanent position
🚛 MC licence & experience required
💰 Above-award wages
🚜 Varied transport, machinery & farm work
📚 Opportunities for further training, tickets and licences
📍 Pental Island, near Swan Hill

Home from holidays and straight into the classroom for a week of learning and connection at Oxley Rural 🚜🌾

This week, we hosted 17 people at the farm to complete their Telehandler Licence with Mason Training & Assessment.

It was fantastic to have people come together from a number of local farms and businesses, building practical skills, sharing knowledge and making valuable connections along the way.

We’re always pleased to see opportunities like this happening locally and supporting our rural community.

Great learning, great networking, and a great couple of days on farm!
